Gatherings Program: The organization brings together its members to present topics of interest that promote the competitiveness and effectiveness of its members. In this way, he contributes to the success of the companies and businesses he runs.
Scholarship Program: More than 100 young people have benefited from this program during the past fifteen years. Provides financial assistance to dependents of employees of associated companies who study at a university institution. All SWIA member companies contribute to this initiative since part of the membership fee is allocated annually to this program. Another source of fundraising for this project is the Golf Tournament that takes place in the month of April. Some companies choose to sponsor a group of students to ensure their university career.
Community Assistance Program: The committee identifies needs in the communities where it can contribute its knowledge, resources and values. During the year it carries out fundraising activities to benefit non-profit entities.
Annual Assembly: Every year SWIA holds its extraordinary assembly where the new board is elected and the work carried out during the past year is discussed.
